3D Gun Blueprints

Reed v. Gilbert, 576 U.S. ___ (2015) held that a regulation which restricts speech and cannot be justified without regard to the content of that speech is subject to strict scrutiny. The government lacks a compelling interest in regulating 3D gun blueprints. Because 3D gun blueprints are speech and the regulations on them cannot be justified without regard to the content of those files (as gun blueprints) they are protected under Reed.
“Whether laws define regulated speech by particular subject matter or by its function or purpose, they are subject to strict scrutiny. The same is true for laws that, though facially content neutral, cannot be “ ‘justified without reference to the content of the regulated speech,’ ” or were adopted by the government “because of disagreement with the message” conveyed.”
Reed v. Town of Gilbert, 576 U.S. ___ (2015)
I don't see any evidence of a compelling interest in preventing people from downloading the blueprints that are already available or from preventing them from downloading them in other states, as it wont stop people from acquiring the blueprints anyway. Further, strict scrutiny requires the “least restrictive means possible”. And there is no possibility that banning printing of 3D guns isn't a “less restrictive means” than banning the blueprints themselves. Therefore these blueprints are protected speech. Therefore I will uploaded these 100% legal and protected files for you to download. more guns
